Would you like to be a volunteer in the Game about Saint Olav and Olsok days?
A rewarding experience in the summer of 2024!
Do you want to meet nice people, make new acquaintances, and not least be part of the community surrounding the Game of Saint Olav and the Olsokdagene festival in Stiklestad? Then you are most welcome to apply to become a volunteer and become part of the game family that produces Norway's largest outdoor game every year, in interaction with professional performers both on and behind the stage.

Before and during the Game about Saint Olav and the Olsok days, we need help for e.g. this:
- Ticket control, security guard and ushers in the playing amphitheater
- Olsok hosts at concerts/events, public service and chauffeur assignments
– Press/media
– Army men and women (from 14 years)
– Make-up/hair
– Costume
– Horse sitters / riders (experience required)
– Equipment and props
– Space and stage (maintenance of the playing amphitheater)
– Cleaning/decorating and decorating
– Spelkontor service function for all volunteers and players
- Games editorial (photo & text to www.spelet.no)
- Pleasantness committee for food service and fun for all volunteers
As a volunteer, you get the following benefits:
– Food and coffee during the rehearsal and performance period
- 1 piece. free ticket to the Game of Saint Olav
- Premiere party with serving good food, drink and entertainment
- The King's evening break, which is a social evening for everyone with food and entertainment,
- Free entry to "Viking Summer at Stiklestad" during the trial and performance period
To be a volunteer, you must have a mobile phone and e-mail that is checked regularly.
All communication with volunteers before and during the festival takes place via SMS and e-mail.
(Remember to check the spam box/trash box as some emails end up there).
You must work a minimum of 3 shifts. Beyond that, you can work as much as you want.
You must be alcohol- and drug-free when you are at work/on duty.
