Stiklestad Amphitheater is taking shape, with local and regional businesses on board.

We are well underway with the installation of new seating in the Stiklestad amphitheater, which will be completed for the St. Olav's Play in 2026!

In recent weeks, private individuals and several business actors have signed up as contributors to the beautiful amphitheater at Stiklestad. LAFOPA AS and ENES & OLSEN MALERFORRETNING inspected the new chairs and signed agreements.

Stiklestad Amphitheater is a sub-project in Stiklestad for the new 1000 years, which is a large-scale effort to develop the place Stiklestad towards the National Jubilee 2030! With over 5000 chairs in the amphitheater, we are well equipped for the Game of Saint Olav and other events in Stiklestad.

Two of the local players who were early to express their interest in our sponsorship strategy related to the new amphitheater were Lafopa AS and Enes&Olsen. Lafopa became interested in the project when it was presented at a breakfast meeting organized by Innherred Næringsforening, and they contacted us with a desire to contribute something to Stiklestad. “For us as sponsors, visibility is important when we choose our presence. Stiklestad is visible to many, and when they are visible to many, we want to be there. So it is about being seen again, with a positive sign,” says Anita Steinkjer, HR/HSE manager at Lafopa AS. Anita goes on to say that they at Lafopa have talked about someone coming and sitting on a chair in the amphitheater, with their logo, some knowing who they are, while others Google to find information. Lafopa also becomes visible through their contribution with a sign in the new amphitheater, where all private individuals who contribute to the project “SPONSOR A CHAIR” will have their name printed.

Marius Enes is asked why they are involved, and the answer comes quickly: "STEKSTA PATRIOT". Furthermore, Marius can tell that for Enes & Olsen it is about local belonging and supporting the development towards 2030, and not least visibility. They also do not hide the fact that the many assignments they have had in Stiklestad, since the construction of the cultural center in 1992, have contributed to the company having a strong relationship with the place. Marius is impressed by what has been done in the amphitheater, everything from the chassis, supplied by Hanssen Mek.Verdsted, to the finished design and assembly of chairs.

"There is still an opportunity to do what Lafopa AS and Enes & Olsen Malerforretning do, if you want a visible profile in the Nordic region's largest outdoor theater stage," says Marit Halvorsen, Senior Advisor for Commercial Development at Stiklestad National Cultural Center.

We are looking forward to Olsokdager and Spel at Stiklestad.

Welcome to the Play about Saint Olav, in the new Stiklestad amphitheater, July 25th, 26th, 28th and 29th.
