Agreement terms

A binding purchase agreement is only entered into between the organizer and the holder of the ticket (you/you) when Eventim has registered and received payment and you have received an order confirmation.
Stiklestad National Culture Center is the organizer. In cases where SNK is only an agent of tickets for other actors, this is stated at the events.

NB: Eventim is only an agent of tickets on behalf of the organiser. Eventim is not an organizer or promoter of the events offered. The events themselves are taken care of by the respective organizer. This means that the organizer is your contracting party. It is the organizer - and not Eventim - that is responsible for compliance with the agreement. All matters relating to compliance with the agreement must therefore be clarified directly with the organiser. Who is the organizer appears in the event description.

The purchase agreement is subject to Norwegian law.

If you have chosen "E-ticket" as the delivery method, you can find a QR code on the order confirmation page where you can pick up the tickets. In the order confirmation, which you receive immediately after the purchase, a PDF ticket is also attached.

If you do not download your tickets from the order confirmation or you do not receive an order confirmation by e-mail, you can always log into your account and collect your mobile tickets.

Ordinary postal delivery is not insured. If you do not receive your ticket within 30 days, it is your responsibility to contact us billett.stiklestad@museenearven.no

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT, taxes and ticket fees, but exclusive of delivery costs and other fees. These costs appear separately and as part of the total amount during the order process before payment is made.

You can pay for your tickets with Visa, Mastercard and Vipps. All communication between you and Eventim is encrypted.

When paying with Mastercard, Visa or Vipps, the payment is handled by our partner CTS Eventim & Co. KGaA, Contrescarpe 75 A, 28195 Bremen, Germany, which is a sister company of Eventim.

Ticket fees, delivery and administration costs

The ticket fee is included in the ticket price.

If you buy the ticket via Eventim's customer service, a processing fee of NOK 25 is charged, regardless of the number of tickets.

The ticket

The ticket, with the printed barcode, is your entry certificate to a specific event. The ticket is only valid if the barcode is activated. This means that tickets that have been canceled due to lost tickets, etc., are not valid tickets. The barcode is only accepted once. The ticket cannot therefore be copied or tried to be used several times in any other way.

If you are prevented from attending an event, you are welcome to pass the ticket on to someone else. There may be certain events that require valid identification with a photo at the door, in which case it will be clearly stated on the website and on the ticket.

It is not permitted to use or transfer purchased tickets for commercial purposes, including by:

  • Use of tickets as prizes in competitions or the like, without permission being obtained from both the organizer and the artist.
  • Delivery of tickets where the delivery takes place as payment for other services, e.g. sale of travel, restaurant visits, hotel stays and the like, without permission being obtained from both the organizer and the artist.
  • Professional business sales or other distribution of tickets, regardless of price.

It is particularly noted that, according to the Black Exchange Act, it is forbidden to seek profits obtained through the resale of concert tickets. (Act prohibiting price mark-ups for the resale of tickets for cultural and sports events. (2007-06-29).

Use or delivery of a ticket for commercial purposes will lead to cancellation of the ticket. We have the right to claim all costs associated with the cancellation and to claim all costs associated with the cancellation and as a result of the abuse, which amount to a minimum of NOK 500 per ticket.

Lost ticket

If the ticket is lost before the event, we can issue you a new ticket. Send an email to billett.stiklestad@museenearven.no

The new ticket will have a new barcode. Once a reprint has been completed, it is not possible to undo the reprint as the original tickets have been cancelled.

This does not apply to E-tickets, which are free to resend.

Exchange

We do not exchange tickets, either to another price category or to another place or date.

Cancellation

An event is canceled if the event is not carried out. Changes to the programme, location, partial implementation of the event etc. are therefore not a cancellation and the money is not usually refunded.

refund

Purchased tickets are only refunded in case of cancellations. It is the individual organizer who is responsible for refunding the purchase price in the event of cancellations. The refund itself is made by Eventim on behalf of and following instructions from the organiser. The refund is made to the card that was used to purchase the tickets.

As a ticket agent, Eventim does not cover your loss as a result of the organizer's bankruptcy, cancellation of the event or as a result of other possible deficiencies regarding the event. You hereby agree not to be able to make such claims against Eventim.

NB! Ticket fees, other fees, cancellation insurance and any shipping costs paid in connection with the ticket purchase are not refunded in the event of cancellations/changes.

There is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets on this website.

Responsibility

Eventim does not assume any responsibility towards you, with the exception of what appears in the preceding points and mandatory legislation. In no case can we be held responsible for indirect losses or consequential damages, including destruction of data.

Personal information

We register and use personal data about you in accordance with our privacy policy. Read more about privacy at the bottom of stiklestad.no

Complaints and appeal possibilities

Any form of complaint regarding the event itself must be addressed directly to the organizer, as the organizer is your contracting party. The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. It is particularly relevant if you live in another EU country. The complaint is submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must provide the organizer's e-mail address.
