Trond Gudevold

Trond Gudevold is from Fredrikstad and is educated at Barrat-Due's Institute of Music and the Norwegian Academy of Opera in Oslo. Has been associated with the Norwegian Opera and Ballet a number of times, and has been employed as a bass soloist at the opera houses in Münster and Kiel (Germany) for several years.

Trond Gudevold has appeared in many great operas over the years: La Bohème, Don Giovanni, Turandot, Tosca to name a few. After several years abroad, he returned home to Norway a few years ago and works as a freelance film actor, opera and musical singer.

This spring and summer, he is current with several operas in addition to appearing in the Play about Saint Olav in July. Among other things, he is involved in the Opera in Kristiansund with the operas Den stundeløse (Bræin) and La Traviata (Verdi). He will also be in La Traviata when it is performed at Opera Trøndelag in the spring.

Otherwise, he plays the role of "Roger" in the Norwegian series "Kids in Crime" and will also be in season 2. This series is on TV2.

This is the second year Trond Gudevold has played in the Play of Saint Olav.
